Do you print envelopes and other folded printed pieces, etc.?
Yes we do. We print anything from business envelopes, business cards, direct mail, posters, engineering plans and signage. We also offer services beyond printing such as graphic design, and most of our locations can also create websites and email marketing campaigns. Talk to us to inquire about their specific capabilities.
Do you do larger format printing?
Yes we do. The experts at KKP can design and print large format printing, anything from signage & outdoor advertising, pull-up banners, posters, window graphics and vehicle graphics, with special inks and finishes to ensure that your prints stand the test of time.
Are you able to help me with my wedding invitations?
We recommend contacting your local KKP Centre to talk through your brief and they will be able to recommend a solution.

How long does it take to print brochures?
It does depend on the quantity, however it can be as quick as one business day.
Do you provide different styles of business cards? i.e. folded, or unusual shapes?
Absolutely. Just speak to us and ask to see some samples of creative business cards, using special paper stocks and finishes.
I don’t have business card artwork, can you help?

What paper sizes do you print on?
We offer a wide range of paper stocks and sizes ranging from labels and stickers to billboards and signage! We can also print and trim to any size, adjusting the size, margins and scale of our equipment to meet your requirements.
What weight of paper do you print on?
GSM or Grams per Square Metre is the measurement used when weighing paper sheets. We will work with you during the quotation process to explain the most practical paper weight for your printed piece, we will take into consideration your budget, where the item will be displayed and how you will be using it. Paper samples are always available so you can get a feel for the finished job.
What is digital printing?
Digital printing is the process of printing from a digital file to a toner or ink based printer. It is a cost effective process that delivers a high-quality outcome, in a shorter time than traditional offset printing.

I don’t have artwork for my business communication piece, can you help?

What is a PDF?
Portable Document Format (PDF) is a file format used to present and exchange documents reliably. PDF’s can contain links and buttons, form fields, audio, video, and business logic. They can also be signed electronically. To view PDF’s it’s free simply download Acrobat Reader software.
What type of file types do you accept?
We prefer print ready PDF files for printing. We also accept EPS, TIFF, JPG, PSD. We can also work with mainstream graphic design & layout programs such as Adobe Indesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop. Depending on the level of production we can also accept Microsoft Office files such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and Microsoft Publisher.
Does my file need to be high resolution?
A print ready file should be at 300 DPI (Dots Per Inch) to have the best reproduction. If you’re unsure if your file is high resolution contact us and we will be happy to take a look and suggest alternatives. Alternatively, if you do not have print ready artwork and require assistance, we have a skilled graphic design team ready to step in and bring your ideas to life.
When submitting artwork – how much detail do I need to provide regarding the specifications of the job?
As much as possible but don’t worry if you miss anything we will confirm all the details prior to production.
How do I send my file?
You can use the "send a file" function on our website by filling in your contact details and uploading your file. Alternatively if you know more details, you can get a quote and upload your artwork during the request a quote process. Finally, if you’re not quite sure of next steps, your KKP team are ready to help. Contact us by phone, email or speak with the team face to face.
Will I get to approve the final artwork before printing?
Absolutely. If we have been engaged to design your artwork you will approve it prior to print.

QUOTES & ORDERS

How long does a quote/estimate take?
A quote can vary depending on the complexity of the job. Most quotes can be completed same day, KKP will set your expectation of the quote turnaround. If you require costs urgently please tell us and we will do all we can to meet your needs.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have accepted the quote, provided artwork and we are working on your job we have incurred costs. If you cancel the job after sign off, we will bill you for the time and materials spent up until that time.
Do I need to pick up or do you deliver?
We offer both services, if you choose, you won’t have to leave your office!
Can I pay for my order when I pick it up?
Generally we require payment at the time of printing, if you are a regular customer we can set you up with a business account so that you have the option of paying within standard payment terms. Ask for more details about payment.

Can I have a price for……?
KKP We will always offer competitive pricing and try to work within your budget. Talk to us about your print, design or digital project and we can provide you a quote that works with your budget.
What special offers do you have?
From time to time we will have in-centre specials available. Talk to us about special offers and promotions.
Do I receive a discount for a large purchase?
Yes, the rate per page does fluctuate based on scale. In all cases we always try to be competitive and find a solution that fits within your budget.

LOCATIONS

How do I find my nearest KKP Centre?
Locate your nearest Centre from our Centre Locator list, alternatively you can enter you postcode or suburb into the search bar to find the Centre closest to your location. You can contact them during business hours by phone or email. You can also use the request quote and send a file, 7 days a week. If you prefer face to face contact, we welcome walk in traffic at any one of our 52 Centres across the country.
What are your opening hours?
All Centres operate at standard business trading hours varying from 8:30am to 5:30pm and in all cases, Monday – Friday. To be certain your KKP Centre is open at the time you need them, simply locate your nearest Centre and check their operating hours. We also often work outside of this time to accommodate the needs of our customers. In addition to this our online tools such as send a file and request a quote are available 24 hours, 7 days a week.
